Request for Qualifications for Cargo/Distribution Facilities - Toledo Express Airport

TLCPA invites developers or other interested parties to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the lease and 3rd party development of a parcel of land on Toledo Express Airport property. Experienced teams of development experts with similar development experience, resources and commitment are encouraged to submit proposals to lease and develop this uniquely located property. Cargo, freight and perishables handling businesses are rapidly expanding in Toledo in response to growing global trade, and the consolidation of Air Cargo freight operators.
