The Port Authority’s goal is to purchase the highest quality materials and services at the most competitive cost, delivered in a timely manner with a high level of customer service.
 
To start a business relationship with the Port Authority:
 

Complete the Supplier Information Questionnaire, following the link below, and submit it with a copy of your SBA, minority business enterprise (MBE), disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), or woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) certification, if any, and any brochures or marketing material:

Upon receipt, your business information will be reviewed and placed on the Port Authority’s Supplier Database, enabling the Port Authority to locate and consider your business materials or services. Your Supplier Information will remain in the Port Authority’s database for future requests
 
If your product or service is needed, the purchasing staff will contact you with information regarding the next step in your provision of materials or services and other pertinent details.
