PORT AUTHORITY TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING CLEAN OHIO REVITATLIZATION FUND GRANT APPLICATION

TOLEDO, Ohio, January 13, 2009 – The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority has applied for Round 6 of the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund grant program, which is funded through the Ohio Department of Development. The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority will hold a public meeting to discuss and solicit comments on an application to the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund. The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority is requesting a grant from the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund to help pay for the demolition, cleanup and redevelopment of the former Plabell Rubber Company located on the 300 block of South St. Clair Street in Toledo.
